However, from time to time this third party screening fails. If you feel that a link on this website is infringing on copyright law and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright holder, please provide us with the following info:

TVreo is committed to meeting the needs of copyright owners while helping them promote their content online. Please keep in mind that TVreo functions as search engine of videos available world-wide and at a wide variety of video content serving websites. Much like Google, TVreo comes accross a wide array of video content online. There is not way to determine whether the videos encountered are authorized or not by the copyright owners. Since the videos are freely available online, it is our belief that they are authorized for viewing from the third party video host. Third party video hosts are responsible for their content, not TVreo. We cannot control what the third party sites post on their servers, however. TVreo does NOT host any video content on its servers.

TVreo is a pro-DMCA website. Copyright Owners may request the removal of links to videos their copyright. The DMCA protocol may be used to request the removal of such links.

Please not that by having a link removed from TVreo copyright owners will NOT be removing the actual source video from any third party websites. A copyright owner must contact the third party video host to request the physical removal of the video from their servers. Example of video hosts are: megavideo.com, wisevid.com, youku.com etc. There may be countless websites hosting video content, whichever one is hosting the video in question will need to be contacted..

TVreo is an intricate system consisting of search robots and user-submitted content. If there is a video available online, we will likely index it at some point (very similar to Google). Even though a video has been previously removed, it is quite possible that we will index it again if it is hosted at a different URL or another website. In the case of this event please utilize the DMCA protocol to notify us and we will address the issue.

DMCA requests asking for entire TV Shows, Series, categories, etc will not be accepted. We only accept requests for an specific, tangible link to be removed. The link should be in the following format::

http://www.tvreo.com/watch_tv_episode/92295/0844441/1484330/Show-Title-Season-3-Episode-3-Episode-Title.html

Please note that you may obtain this link by clicking on the infringing link and taking not of the link that pops-up.

In order to request multiple link removals, you need only use one DMCA notice. Please list all of the URL's in that one request, each on a separate line.

After a link has been removed, it becomes blacklisted on our network, that way it will never be allowed to be posted again.

Our intention is to act on a DMCA request within 72 hours (usually within 48) of receiving a DMCA notification.

If you do not provide us with all of the required information, we will be unable to take action. You must include the following in your email:

  • Specificly identify the copyrighted work which has allegedly been infringed. In the case that you are alleging infringement of multiple copyrighted works within a single notification you must submit a list which specifically identifies each of the works that are allegedly infringed.
  • Specificly identify the link to the allegedly infringing webpage. Please provide each link on a new line in the form illustrated above.
  • Contact information for the complaining party which may include a name, address, telephone number and electronic mail address. The contact information provided must be reasonably sufficient to contact the complaining party.
  • A statement that the complaining party, in good faith, believes that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that the complaining party is the authorized representative of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed. This statement is made under penalty of perjury.

Written notice should be sent to our designated agent at the above specified email address.
